What feeling does the topic of your own funeral provoke in you?
Fear? Nervousness? Morbidness? Anxiety? Delight? (Sorry. Making sure you’re really thinking.)
I’m trying to get a handle of what emotion it is that people feel when the subject of their own funeral comes up. One or two words of your immediate gut reaction.
If we want to change the culture around death and funerals (which I do), might be good to recognize what the emotional hurdle is, exactly. I’d really love to hear what people think.
